7/7 DAYS OF MENTAL HEALTH: THE RAINBOW SERIES Chcorez#1979 & pingunootnoot#2822


And just like that, we've reached the final day of our series, here, we're challenged to look forward to the little and the big things in life. Our future with HAPE Fam is a long one and we want to help each and everyone of us to keep our chins up with a smile on our face as we step into each new day.


One of the most challenging aspects of the pandemic is the persistence of the virus. It may feel as though the situation is improving at times, but when it changes suddenly and goes back into lockdowns, the effect can be disheartening.


Limbo isn’t exactly a place for our mental health to thrive. In the absence of being able to look forward to things with certainty, the best we can do is create small pockets of future hope in the meantime.


So in case it helps you too, here are just a few ways I’ve been cultivating the feeling of having something to look forward to and creating these tips. They’re not a replacement for the things we lost, but for now they’ll have to do :)
