Its Okay To Ask For Help

Hey hape fam!! Just wanted to raise some awareness on the topic of mental health!! Many a times when going through a tough phase in life, we are often told to wipe our tears, to put on a smile and be strong because revealing our emotions are often perceived as a sign of weakness.


When faced with emotional difficulties or mental health challenges, the experience can often be painful, difficult and lonely. However, it can also be a beautiful adventure that builds strengths, connections and a better future for not only yourself, but to those around you!! All these little experiences then becomes pieces that makes you who you are, and also a wonderful story to tell those that are experiencing the same thing.


Although mental health conditions are significant contributors to suicides every year, there is still a stigma attached to seeking help or advice regarding these conditions, these can deter or even entirely prevent people suffering from mental conditions to not seek help at all! So this little deck that I have created hopes to destigmatize all these mental health issues, hoping to encourage those that are in need to seek help, and also take a step forward to talk about your problems!


This little deck that I have created showcases the most common symptoms that people of all ages go through! it not only shows how people suffering from mental conditions can help to make themselves feel a little bit better when going through their episodes, but also how those around them can help to make them feel better as well!! i really hope you all learn a thing or two from this deck! Lets encourage one another to take a step forward to help raise awareness on mental health ❤️ ❤️
